Band Battle Predictions: Week 1

Taking from how the sports analyst do in Football prior to the game, when they make the score predictions,,,Lets do the same with the Band Match-ups each week,,,the Friday before the game lets list the matchups and you make your predicitions...Here's Week 1's match-ups

Alabama A&M vs Hampton Univ

Jackson St. vs Concordia(they have a 60-70 piece band)..lmao

Tenn St. Vs Southern Univ

Alcorn St. vs Grambling St.

Norfolk St. vs Virginia St.

Bethune Cookman vs Prairie View A&M

FAMU vs Fort Valley St.

Miss Valley vs Alabama St.

UAPB vs Langston

Not many great games, I hear Alcorn and Grambling have good programs this year.. looking forward to them as well as Cookman thrashing PV although I hope it is a good enough battle. Tenn. St. vs SU looks intriguing but at the same time, TnSU will claim to win when it is clear what happened..

I dont want to analyze but that's just my thoughts..

  Really??? We usually have no problem admitting defeat when it happens...but blowing out of tune, no articulation, no book doesn't cut it. So when bands that fall into that category claim a "W" over us and "song selection" is their most logical reason, then yeah, we're gonna throw the BS flag. Song selection means nothing if the songs you selected sound like trash.

    I was just remembering a few times were ya'll play nice songs and get hype when it sounds awkward really.. I like TnSU but I don't know how it will end since it's the first game..

aamu.jsu. Tsu and su who knows. Gsu the botb is tonite. Nsu but vsu dnt be playn. Overall wit bcu an pv...bcu field pv stands...famu but fv may have sumthin up they sleeve. Bama st... And uapb hands dwn. And dont laugh at concordia being small i remember stillman came to jsu and shocked ppl with that sound.
