Hey thanks for your interest and question AG. If you are an arranger, I'm sure you know that's a hard question to answer. Demand really depends on the director, and they can unpredictable as far as what they want and when they want it.
We do look for those individuals that are good with time management.
The key to being a good arranger with our company is not to arrange when you get the time, but to set aside specifics days on hours of the day to arrange.
We often discuss techniques such as time management, using templates, and writing when away from the computer as well to help each arranger.
