Although the events were about 2 weeks apart. how do you feel the about this years BoomBox Classic? Did Crankfest have a positive or negative impact on the event for you?
Considering Crankfest had a NOLA bands majority, the stadium was filled with alum and students of both schools, it was a good look for the bands and band community.I wasn't at the BoomBox Classic game,I also haven't watched any BoomBox Clips, outside of both halftime shows. I'd say that the Crankfest may have impacted the game in a positive way, bringing more fans to the game to see them battle again, you all may differ. whats your take?

I feel that Crankfest took away from the games build up of excited to some degree, which was my original fear when I heard about the BOTB. Maybe if it was earlier in the season or later in the season it would have been better.
