I'm a High School senior and I've been in Band since the 6th grade, ummm this year i'm going to participate in U.I.L.... I have never done it and I'm in need of a good solo piece .. Any help one where to get them or Which one in particular ?

I suggest that you put some of those solos into youtube and listen to them to get an idea of how they sound/how difficult they are.
Umm, you can check at your local music store and there a plethora of music stores online, try woodwind and brasswind's website as well as JW Pepper.
Some more information would be help, so they more experience clarinet players can give you input. You should tell us how many scales you can play and the extent of your range. Also your should try to tell how good you are, ie what level music does your HS play.
