  • Aww, that was cute.  Yes Captain Morgan Hightower and the Prancing J-settes!  So funny hearing Chloe speak.  Didn't realize she'd sound so young and country lol.

  • haha really nice feature and yes Chloe is still young and can still move with the best of them!

  • This was so cute.

  • Chloe doesn't know her J-Settes history. The J-Settes were touching the ground and stunting over 30 years ago!

  • I gonna go out on a limb and say she meant they didn't hit the ground as much as they do after the shift that came with Channa, but they deff worked the heck out of this routine yassssss lol

  • Stunting during Mrs. Oatis era was done in "moderation."  Stunting during the Worthy/Chloe era was/is  done "excessively", that's the difference.

  • Right, I believe that is what she meant, with the change of times they had to change as well.

  • I agree.  The j-settes would be laughed off the field if they still had that same style from the 80s.  That style was wonderful at the time but times have changed.

  • I agree! That routine would be well received today because it was well choreographed! You must remember, spectators at HBCU games are mostly older people and they don't care for all that rolling around on the ground, they want to see dancing and a variety in the routines, not stunting every routine, mix it up a little! :)
