I am a senior in LaMarque High School's Groovin' Cougar Band based in LaMarque, Texas. We have recently been informed that our wonderful band director will be directing at another school next year. We are a show style band and are a fun-loving group of students that enjoys music. We will carry on this upcoming year with or without a director, but we hope to find a good one that is willing to help keep our traditions alive.
