Hey guys. I'm new to this forum. Reall like it. I'd like some help on how to play with a fat loud tone. Basically what the HBCU tubas do. I need some guidance on soundin like that. I'm a sophomore in high school, I can play pretty loud but I feel like I'm not up there yet with them. What do I need to do? Exercises, long tones, faster air, etc, what do I need to do?I have a Schmidt JHDTU mouthpiece and a Yamaha Ysb-411 Sousaphone. Incase y'all need to know that. Thanks.
