The Wind Ensemble at Sam Houston HS will cap off their sucessful concert season and travel to Dallas, Texas for a Natonal Concert Band Festival. This three day festival will be hosted by Richardson HS where Sam Houston looks forward to competing for various awards including the 'Superior Band Award', awarded to the festival's best concert groups. Just finished our performance and we are proud to announce that Sam Houston received third place in our division! their were 6 other concert bands across Texas. Congrats!
