There's a rumor on the5thquarter.com that TxSU's band has been suspended indefinitely due to hazing... can someone from TxSU please confirm whether this is true or not???

I don't go to TxSU but from what I'm hearing it's true. "TxSU band program is cancelled for the remainder of the year for hazing in the trumpet section"
I thought this would all end after what happened at my alma mater smh
A firend of mine that goes to TxSU just posted this on FB
"Floored by the news we just received. Dr. Rudley has ordered suspension of the TSU Ocean of Soul pending a hazing investigation. All I can say is y'all watch the news. You have to be smart. Times have changed. Thank you Dr. Rudley for doing what you can to protect our university."
Only stupid people allow other stupid people to haze them....and i am glad that this came to light...folks need to do better and what stupidity seriously did they not see what happened at PV or FAMU?....people really need to realize there is a life outside of college organizations rather band or greek you have to get over it once you cross the stage....i guess that explains why some people especially those at HBCUs never cross "the stage" mentally emotionally or physically! grow up and realize your actions serve as indictments to the university and the organization you are a part of

Like I said the day before band camp started, "Good luck ending hazing". This won't be a short investigation, people want answers and detailed answers at that.
