Happy New Year from Block Band!
Block Band has been dedicated in the service of not only showstyle bands across the nation but our arrangers as well.
This past week we were graced with the presence of former Director of Bands and arranger at Southern University Lawrence Jackson. He talked with our arrangers about arranging techniques for almost 2 hours, continuing our tradition of having our arrangers receive training from the best in the business.
Our arrangers and arrangements are only a portion of what we offer to the showstyle band community. In 2014, we proved our versatility by serving band programs across the nation in a myriad of ways. For example, we sold over 120 drumheads & other drumline accessories, over 290 marching & dancer shoes/boots, over 300 pairs of spats, and, of course, over 210 arrangements were delivered. In 2015, we plan to provide even more!
We are currently in the Percussion Replacement Season a time where we help band programs to restock on their percussion equipment. We are also releasing our 2015 Pep Band Bundle Package which includes songs by: Beyonce, J. Cole, K. Michelle, Ariana Grande, Maroon 5, and MORE!
