college wise for the most part bands are either consistent or have become better. but high school wise bands that use to be 100 now march 50. ones that use to march 50 now dont exist. who's responsible? i think its the way of life. 90s babies on some other stuff. after the 80s babies graduated bands fell off. we fighting to get em back right. louisiana and texas mostly
