I have a question for you, why are you giving evergy to a person that represents 1%? It's obvious that his info is flawed and he don't know shit. Hell, one of his main sources (Flea) is the person directly responsible for the direction the band WILL take (b/c he vouched for Herb...I still can't believe that shit either). What's most important right now is this past decade the direction went from Fields, to you, to Eddie, to a person that's totally clueless about the 100, and has showed no evidence that he'll preserve anything. That's what disturbs me most.

Honestly Tiller I don't think you have to explain yourself to anyone (let alone to a person who didn't march). You did the job, made a lot of improvements, raised the level of musicianship, and brought stability back to program. That's enough for me.
Oh yeah, and for the record 85 didn't mess up every field show that year either. It was one show (Ghostbusters) we did four times, but we still played 10 games, 2 playoffs, saints games, and Houston Oilers (half & pre). That's a lot of shows to mess up. lol

Good luck in all your're future endeavors.

What's going on Virgil, I don't know if you remember me, but I was a crab on B-tone your Sr. year under Lance Perkins and Orlando Washington. I wanted to personally thank you for standing your ground through all of the negative comments coming from outsiders and insiders (Alumni). You have done an excellent job with the hand you were dealt. I know that the band will continue to prosper under your direction, simply because I know first hand what type of leader you are. So keep up the good work bruh, and get those T-bones to play some chords. Lol!

I also wanted to thank you for sending my wife those DVDs of St. Aug (past and present) about 2yrs ago. I wrote you an email to say thanks on the page, but I wasn't sure if you got it.

And finally, sigh... Can you please post some videos from your senior year (i.e. Theme from Rocky**, Who Do I Turn To**, Boogie Knights, Slippin into Darkness**, MLK parade in Atlanta. Hell, you can even post the "African Waltz". The point I'm trying to make is 94-95 was a quality St. Aug band that doesn't get a lot of recognition. Thanks Bruh, Be Blessed!
