ESPN posted an article saying that Cookman and Alcorn are expected to be the two teams participating in the MEAC-SWAC Challenge 2016, we won't know for sure until mid-March because that's when ESPN and Disney announced the teams last year. But if this does turn out to be true, how do you expect this battle to go with two dance teams who are known for their athleticism and nonstop energy?

I think considering the styles of both teams it will be a fun energetic battle, I see the edge for the GGs in the stands, but the field could be a treat for both depending on the routine.
It'll be a good battle. Both have improved in all areas (appearance, cohesiveness, field shows and stands). If both keep the forward momentum they had in the beginning, this will be a very great and entertaining battle. The Golden Girls will have a new captain of Allison graduates and 14K should have a new captain as well, so it'll be interesting to see the flavor each squad gives.
Khadeja (last season co-captain) will more than likely be captain because she was in a photo with a dm who said it was her last Honda but not her last season.
I wonder if baby girl with the short cut on the GGs will be there another year and be capt because baby....that girls WORKS.

Drianca and Allison have brought their squads to new heights. Both of them will be legendary within their squads history. I thought for sure that 14k had was going downward after Francesca left but Drianca turned that around. The field shows are cleaner, cohesive, energetic, and more technical than previous years. The stands have improved a lot. Same for Allison and the GG's, great execution, energy, form, and technique. A lot of people would write them off as J-Sette rejects but they have shown that they are still a force as they were in past decades. I look forward to this battle.
