That "respect me I respect you" crap is for the birds. That's why people, negros in particular end up having issues later on in life. People should be taught early on by good parenting how to follow instructions whether the leader "respects" you or not. Never kiss the subordinates butt, theyll run clean over you. Lay down the rules and move on. The only opinion that matters is you section leader, band pres, staff, BD Principle, superintedent... get the point??? Dont lower standards for idiots. SMH!
