  • Man he was my BD at Easton

  • Wow right around band camp.

  • damn why would he do that when the season is about to start in a couple of weeks smh. Damn man I hope opportunities are available like this when I finish school.

  • Oh wow...

  • Mr. Torregano has indeed resigned, however in my opinion I don't believe the program will suffer as much as people think. The assistant Director of Bands is more than capable to maintain and move forward with the program. Mr. Torregano did an awesome job with the skills he had BUT let's face it, this is the SWAC you have to come with it. Good luck to Mr. T. in his next endeavor. I'm really anxious to see what lies ahead for this season I believe the program will shock many specatators and speculators. Long live the "Mack of the SWAC" the "Mean Green Marching Machine"!!

  • lmao, funny, but true that!

  • The program is going to go on. It will actually progress!!!

  •  Mr. Terregano will be coming back to New Orleans to work with a community based organization. I guess he was missing home ...

  • I use to march under him at Warren Easton too.  He is a great teacher but T lacks people skills and I know it was a matter of time before he leaves Valley.  To be a college band director you have to have people skills and not be to yourself and always have a chip on your shoulders.

  • No Disrespect but Mr. Torregano had people problems i dont no if it was because he thought he was better then everybody in the Mississippi Delta but i losted my scholarship the 1st yr he got there. I was a student that lead by example and i cant lie i hated that dude because it was a tradition that my family graduate from MVSU. But that was a lesson learn everytime i see him it was respect i introduce my students to him and Milton when we seen the band at Gramblings homecoming. Good Luck Valley State and the entire swac family this fall. O BY THE WAY VALLEY BRING THE FLAG LINE BACK THERE'S STUDENTS FROM ROSA FORT HIGH SCHOOL ON CAMPUS THAT'S INTERESTED IN JOINING
