NO JUKE HAS GIVEN ANY OTHER SCHOOL A THOUGHT AND I CAN GO BACK TO JR HIGH WHEN I MADE THAT DECISION AS CAN MOST OF THE JUKES FROM NEW ORLEANS AND AS FAR AS OTHER SCHOOLS THEY NOT GONNA ADMIT THE SCHOOL THEY ARE AT IS THEIR SECOND CHOICE SU WAS THE FIRST BUT WE ALL KNO WHY THEY WENT TO THE SCHOOL THEY DID . THEY COULDNT DO PUSHUPS, OR READ MUSIC THINGS THAT ARE UNACCEPTABLE AT SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY

yeah, i'm wit this guy ^^^. SU never crossed my mind....wasn't worth it to me. but my first choice was a meac school, A&T, because of their engineering program...BUT things happened and i had to switch...but A&T had a good band to me, as well as a few others...but su, never an option. everyone doesn't think the same, or grow up in a place that's biased to one particular school....and louisiana people go to other schools besides su...

you're absolutely right....some people had sense...and actually picked an instution of higher learning based on future career goals and life choices.....and choose schools who aren't constantly loosing accredidation in various departments....
