4a: everyone is pretty much even, even the corps schools. strongest district for bands
5a: Westbury will get bigger. Madison idk. Chavez....smdh. Sam Houston comming up
most of the 3a schools have no feeders. Chavez can have 100 piece band over night with the right leadership.
Austin is going through re-structuring. Next year should be productive because we have so many high level invitations:
Citrus Bowl
Sugar Bowl
Anniversary of Pearl Harbor in Hawaii
Commemoration of D-Day in Normandy, France (chosen to represent the US)
Selected to represent the US in a performance for the Governor of Beijing, China
Semi-finalist for the 2013 Presidential Inauguration Parade - we find out in November
not to mention the New Orleans Mardi Gras, National High-Stepping Competition and trying to push up our UIL scores
Hope these students realize what a unique situation they are in to be receiving these types of invites.

JEFF DAVIS NEXT YEAR WILL THE SAME AS ALL WAYS .... (CONSISTENT )......THAT'S HAS BEEN MY MOTIVATION SINCE I GOT TO DAVIS HIGH. TO BE CONSISTENTLY GOOD....so each year I raise my band's standards to a higher level.. and push them to reach it.
