Whats the better drum leg tenord or chest tenors?

I go to Central State university and we have leg tenors i prefer them for the sticking. When you step out in that uniform you step out to preform i believe i'm giving you less of an show when you hear me but you rather not watch because of it's not much of an show

  • well depends...if you wanna show off speed, got leg put if you wannna be heard, go chest, i prefer chest...although i would like to see a school from the south use leg tenors like the east coast
  • you can show off speed and power on a chest tenor.

  • yea but legs get no sound when the band play
  • very true, because all the sound goes straight down but also most schools that have leg tenors also have tonal basses(split bass parts)
