    PA has been hard to find these days...maybe the occasional parade, but no BOTBs or high-profile events. The more people see your group, the more they'll talk about you...good or bad...

    true enough but people still get on us, because of the fact that we dont go 2 BOTB's but that's our band directors call and not ours

    they dont do anything like they use to
    I had never heard of them till i got to college and met some ppl from there
    but they say yall aint good no more

    If you think people are underestimating ya'll, then let them. Take care of your business as a band, then show out when you have a major performance. Being under-the-radar just adds to the shock factor when you have an excellent performance at a major event.

    well I graduated from mhs as a section leader in 05, and I just finished my last year as a section leader/student conducter at SU, in my perspective, yall are rebuilding, in fact most of the prominent texas bands are, the level of all the bands have diminished over the last few years, but you guys have a great directors in Mr Johnson and Jackson so you shouldnt worry, im a product of that music program and lets just say I havent done too badly for myself
