Your time is UP!

Was watching clips from the Tuskegee vs. Bama State game and ran across this. TU went over their alloted time so Bama State proceeded onto the field in the midst of TU's dance routine. Who was wrong here, TU or Bama State? This could've ended disastrous like the infamous SU/ PVAMU fight....

    its funny but u right, it coulda went all the way bad!
    TU was wrong cause they probably thought that since they were chosen as the school to come on homecoming (which is usually a school that will give the team an easy win) then they were gonna show out on the field, and ended up gettin embarrassed. im glad nothin went wrong, but they chose the wrong day to try and take up that much time, KNOWING THAT IT WAS THEIR HOMECOMING. and with that being stated the crowd woulda got violent before the bands would have lol
    ASU marched them off the field

    sn: Thank God cause TU's Dance routine was the driest thing ive seen in a min.

    lol... To add to that this is an annual game, the Turkey Day Classic. TU is the opponent every year so they should know the ropes.

    but what made me mad was they was takin that much time to do nothing! in the words of one of our BD's its not like they levitated off the field! lmao

    I wonder if they would ever do that to Southern. I wonder if SU would just casually walk off the field?

    I wonder if this kind of boldness would have occurred during ANY SWAC game where both bands are present. Fortunately, TU got the sense to GTH off the field. Now if it were another SWAC band performing in place of TU...

    What band needs to do a 13+ minute show anyway? What point was TU trying to prove?

    The way I see it, the tried to clown, and they ended up getting clowned. Then they interrupted ASU's performance with that "Neck".

    I really like TU, but that was a classless act if I ever seen one. I don't place this on the band. This is ALL on their director.

    Of course that was all on the directors. We all know that would not have happened against any SWAC band, 1) We all pretty much stick to the time limit 2) Everyone wants to avoid a halftime clash.
